Shred the Queso Oaxaca El Abuelito
Roast the chiles and put them in a plastic bag. Let them rest, and it will be easier to skin.
Clean the chiles and take out the seeds.
Butter a baking tray and add the stuffed peppers with Queso Oaxaca El Abuelito. Bath the chiles in Crema Mexicana El Abuelito y put some more Queso Oaxaca El Abuelito on top.
Put inside the oven, until the Queso Oaxaca El Abuelito melts.
