Our History<\/h3>

Hello, my dear grandchildren! Let me tell you a story, the story of how our Abuelito Cheese began. It was a sunny May 15th, 1997, when this grandpa, Miguel Torres, a man from Puebla with a big heart and even bigger dreams, decided to share a piece of Mexico with you. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tIn those early days, in a humble shop in Passaic, New Jersey, I, your grandpa, started making about 300 pounds of cheese each week. Imagine that, with my own hands and a lot of love! But thanks to your affection and support, my grandchildren, my little dream began to grow.
